Annual celebration of community and the future with DJ, dancing, live entertainment, and signature bites, honouring 45 years of LGBTQ+ community.
Stonewall Columbus is hosting Come Out for Stonewall: A Brighter Tomorrow on Saturday, October 17, from 7 PM to 11 PM at 1160 North High Street. It's their annual celebration of community and connection, and this year's theme, A Brighter Tomorrow, marks 45 years of the organization. The night is built around a DJ, dancing, and live entertainment, with signature bites provided by Bleu & Fig. The event is co-chaired by Allison Harrison, JP Hannahs, and Erin Ressa.
Throughout the evening, there's a specific tradition you can take part in: Light Up Stonewall. You dedicate a light to someone who helped light your way, and the funds raised go toward the programs and daily operations that keep Stonewall Columbus running. As Central Ohio's LGBTQ+ community center, that's where the organization does its work, so the night is as much a fundraiser as it is a party. The theme A Brighter Tomorrow is meant to look forward with optimism while honoring those 45 years of community.

On the practical side, the dress code is cocktail attire or elevated semi-casual fashion, so it's a night to dress up a bit. If you're a Stonewall Columbus member, your first drink is on the house. It runs from 7 PM to 11 PM on Saturday, October 17, at 1160 North High Street.
