The Feeling, the five-piece indie-pop band, perform live at Tramshed as part of their 'Twenty Years & Home Pt. 2' tour.
The Feeling play Tramshed on Thursday 5 November, part of the Twenty Years & Home Pt. 2 tour. It's a Cardiff date on a run marking the twentieth anniversary of their debut album, Twelve Stops and Home.
That record is where the band started. It was largely self-recorded in the garden shed of guitarist Kevin Jeremiah and keyboardist Ciaran Jeremiah's parents' home, and it landed them four UK Top 10 hits and six weeks on the Singles Chart after the limited 2005 release of 'Fill My Little World'. The album is a concept record about lost and unrequited love, and it set the course for their career. This tour brings it back to the front.
They're a five-piece indie-pop band from Horsham, Sussex and London, and they draw on 1970s progressive pop acts like 10cc, Supertramp, Pilot, The Buggles and Queen. The line-up is Dan Gillespie Sells on vocals and guitar, Richard Jones on bass, Kevin Jeremiah on guitar, Ciaran Jeremiah on keyboards and Paul Stewart on drums. The show is presented by RG Live.
