Odyssey II 'Amplified & Unleashed'

Kinetic School of Performing Arts are taking over the Donald Gordon Theatre at the Wales Millennium Centre on Sunday 18 October, with Odyssey II 'Amplified & Unleashed' running from 7pm. It's a showcase of music and movement that brings together young talent from across South Wales, and this time around, all of the Kinetic Theatre Schools are taking part.

They describe the show as a celebration of music, movement and raw performance energy, and that's a good way to sum it up. It's not a single play or a recital, but a showcase that lets different groups from the school show what they've been working on. With all the Kinetic branches involved, it's a fair cross-section of the young performers they've got coming through their doors across South Wales, rather than just one class or one age group.

It runs for around two hours including an interval, so it's a full evening rather than a quick stop-in. The venue advises it's suitable for ages 8 and over, with no under-2s and all under-16s seated with an adult aged 18 or above.
