Monthly adult-only quiz night held at IKEA Cardiff with a prize of an IKEA gift voucher for the winning team.
Big Quiz Night is back at IKEA Cardiff on Friday 6 November, the next in a run of monthly quiz nights that started back in September. It's an adults-only affair, so it's one for the grown-ups rather than a family outing, and the winning team takes home an IKEA gift voucher.
If you've missed the earlier ones, the format is straightforward: you get your team together, work through the rounds, and hope you've got the right mix of knowledge to top the leaderboard. The voucher goes to the team that comes out on top, so there's a bit more on the line than just bragging rights.
It's not a one-off, either. The night runs every first Friday of the month at 17:30, from 4 September 2026 through to 5 March 2027. That means if you don't quite nail it on 6 November, you've got plenty of chances to go again throughout the winter. The next one after that will be the first Friday in December, and it keeps going until early March.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Cardiff and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Finding the place is easy enough — IKEA Cardiff is on Ferry Road in Grangetown, Cardiff CF11 0XR. It kicks off at 17:30, which is early enough to make a proper evening of it. So, get your team sorted and head over to Grangetown on the first Friday of the month.
