Tony Hadley brings his Christmas big band tour to the Cambridge Corn Exchange with swing and crooner classics from Sinatra, Bennett and Presley.
Tony Hadley brings his Christmas Big Band Tour 2026 to the Cambridge Corn Exchange on Friday 13 November, with the show starting at 19:45. It's the Cambridge stop of a wider UK tour that runs from 7 November to 4 December, so this is one of the few dates he'll be playing in the south east.
As the title suggests, the set is built around the big band sound. Hadley is billed as one of the UK's most iconic voices and a true national treasure, a crooner whose swing style suits both his timeless singing voice and his natural charm as a raconteur and showman. The show leans on the great songbooks of Sinatra, Bennett, Presley and other crooner greats, and is presented as a night out just before Christmas.
It's a big band format, so you'll be hearing those standards backed by a full ensemble rather than a small group. The set draws from the crooner tradition, with the songs of Sinatra, Bennett and Presley at the centre, and Hadley taking the lead as both singer and storyteller throughout. The Cambridge date is part of a tour that stretches from early November through to early December, and the venue advises that under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
