NorthStar S.E.N.D. Community Event

NorthStar Support & Coaching are putting on a Christmas community event at Cambridge Junction on Sunday 29 November, from 12pm to 5pm. It's a festive gathering for children, young people, adults and families, and they've built it around being SEND-inclusive, with accessibility and inclusion at its heart. If you're looking for a way to get some Christmas shopping sorted without the usual rush, this is a good shout.

Inside, there'll be independent businesses with handmade gifts and treats, so it's a place to pick up things you won't find on a high street. There's also food from outdoor vendors and a licensed pay bar, so you can grab something to eat and a drink while you wander. It's set up as a day out for all ages, and the SEND-inclusive focus means it's designed to be welcoming for people who might find a typical Christmas market a bit much.

It runs in venue J1, which is a standing space, and it's on from midday until 5pm, so you can drop in whenever suits you. Entry is £2 per adult and £1 per child, and it's free for children under two. They recommend booking in advance, so if you're planning to go, it's worth getting your tickets sorted early. Between the stalls, the food and the bar, there's plenty to keep you occupied for a few hours.
