Interactive serial killer investigation hosted by Cheish Merryweather, with audience voting via CLiKAPAD on real-life cases.
Can You Catch a Serial Killer? comes to the Cambridge Corn Exchange on Friday 27 November, with the show starting at 19:30. It's billed as the UK's first interactive serial killer investigation, and it's hosted by serial killer expert Cheish Merryweather.
The night follows real-life cases through dramatised crime scene mock-ups, criminal profiling, investigative techniques, forensic evidence and simulated autopsies. You're not just watching from the seats, though: the audience makes critical decisions before the killer strikes again, voting live via CLiKAPAD. It's a bit like being part of the investigation yourself rather than just hearing about it after the fact.
There's a fair warning on this one: it's recommended for ages 16 and over, as it contains intense themes, realistic crime scene reconstructions and graphic simulated autopsy material. Under-18s have to be accompanied by an adult, and latecomers might not be admitted, so it's worth getting there a bit early. Reviewers have called it a thoroughly enjoyable night out with mind-blowing content.
