All-inclusive New Year's Eve party with live music, magic, silent disco, crazy golf and street food.
Bristol Old Vic is hosting its New Year's Eve House Party on Thursday 31 December, running from 8:00pm through to 1:00am. It's an all-inclusive night for over-18s, with cocktails, beers and bubbles flowing alongside the food and no hidden extras to sort out once you're in.
There's a fair bit to do across the evening. The house band The 45s provide the live music, and close-up magic works its way around the room. There's a silent disco set up in Coopers' Hall, a crazy golf course complete with a classic windmill, and a live caricature artist sketching throughout. For food, Spice Bag Co. is on street food duties, so you've got plenty to graze on between the music and the activities.
Past attendees have called it the 'complete package' and said they'd come back every year, and the all-inclusive side of things means you can just show up and let the night take care of itself. The party takes place at Bristol Old Vic, the world's oldest continuously working theatre, which opened in 1766 and has seen multi-million pound investments in recent years to update the audience experience.
