A festive night of stand-up comedy headlined by Russell Kane, Eva Bindeman and Lindsey Santoro, presented by Off The Kerb.
Christmas Comedy Crackers comes to the Bristol Old Vic on Sunday 13 December, a one-night-only bill brought to the stage by Off The Kerb as part of their festive offering. They've billed it as a 'perfectly wrapped night of comedy', and the line-up is built around Russell Kane, with Eva Bindeman and Lindsey Santoro joining him. Two more names round out the bill: Dane Buckley and Chantel Nash.
It's a proper showcase rather than a single act, so you'll get five different comics in one sitting. Russell Kane is the big name on the poster, and with Bindeman and Santoro alongside him, there's a good spread of styles to work through. The whole thing runs for an hour and fifty minutes, including the interval, which gives each act a decent slot to stretch their legs rather than just a quick ten-minute set. It's a one-off, too, so if you're going to catch it, this is the only date on the calendar.

On the practical side, it starts at 7:30pm at the Bristol Old Vic on King Street, BS1 4ED. Tickets are £34, which includes a £1 per-ticket booking fee, though members and ticket subscriptions are exempt from that part. There's an age guidance of 14+, so it's not one for the very young, but it works as a night out for adults and older teens. If you're looking for something to do in the city on a Sunday evening before the Christmas rush really kicks in, this is a solid shout.
