All-day dance music event celebrating the release of Flexout vs. Vandal Vol. 2, with performances from Zero T, Sydney Bryce, Harley D, Broma and KRÄX, plus Kennel DNB downstairs.
Vandal x Flexout takes over Volks Club on Saturday 7 November, with the day built around the release of Flexout vs. Vandal Vol. 2. It's a double-header, with the Brighton date running alongside one in Toulouse, so the two cities are marking the same release on the same day.
The main room brings together Zero T, Sydney Bryce, Harley D, Broma and KRÄX, with Fokus and Hijak on hosting duties. It's a long stretch of dance music, and the whole thing is staged to celebrate the new release, so the set will be built around that. If you've followed the series, you'll know the drill: a full day of DJs working through the hours rather than a single night that peaks and packs up.
Downstairs, Kennel DNB takes over the room. They've described their set as paying homage to the deep heritage of the music, so while the main room is focused on the new release, the basement stays rooted in the older records that built the sound. It's two different rooms running at once, so you can drift between the new material upstairs and the heritage sets downstairs throughout the day.
