Exclusive album playback of 'COME CLOSER' and Q&A session with musical duo TOMORA (AURORA and Tom Rowlands) at Resident Music.
Brighton’s music scene has a specific event on the calendar for 3 April 2026. TOMORA, the collaborative project between AURORA and Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers, is hosting an exclusive album playback and Q&A session at Resident Music. The event takes place at their shop located at 28 Kensington Gardens, running from 18:30 until 20:30. This session is part of a promotional tour where the artists are visiting record stores to discuss their creative process and share their debut album, 'COME CLOSER', which is being released through Fontana.

The format of the evening is focused on the music and the conversation. The session itself is expected to last between 30 and 50 minutes, during which the duo will play tracks from the new record and answer questions. There are no support acts scheduled for this date. The venue has a capacity of 180 people, and it is primarily a standing event. While there are a limited number of chairs available for those who require them for accessibility reasons, it is recommended to contact the venue in advance to arrange this or to discuss any other specific needs.
Regarding the logistics of attending, the standard ticket price is £18.85. There is a provision for younger attendees, as those under 14 can enter for free while space remains. To secure a place for a minor, you must email orders@resident-music.com with the subject line 'Under 14s Ticket'. Entry to the event is often linked to the purchase of the album. Because the event date occurs before the official release, you will not be collecting the physical record at the shop. Instead, all album packages will be shipped to the UK address registered on your DICE account during the week of 17 April. If you find that general or free entry tickets are not listed on the booking platform, it indicates that entry is only available by purchasing the album. This setup provides a way to hear the material ahead of the wider release while supporting the artists and the local venue.
