Reek0 is taking over A L P H A B E T on Friday 6 November for an all-night session. It's a bit of a double-header in one: he'll be on the decks as a DJ and on the mic throughout the night, so you'll hear him both spinning and rapping over the course of the evening. The whole thing is billed as an all-night takeover, and the title Reek0 All Night Long gives you a fair idea of the scale he's going for.
Reek0 is a North London artist, described as a 'Brighter days family legend', and this is his Brighton date. His laid-back wordsmithery is one of the most distinct voices on the circuit, and it's the kind of style that sits comfortably over any flavour of beat he puts it to. If you've heard him before, that's the thing to look for; if not, it's a good place to start.
