A mindful walk blending art, mindfulness and outdoor exploration to connect with nature, led by Wandering Emotions.
Wandering Emotions are leading a Nature Wellbeing Community Walk through the Royal Pavilion Gardens on Thursday 1 October, from 09:45 to 11:00. It's an adults-only session, so if you're looking for something to do with the kids, they run separate family walks.
The walk blends art, mindfulness and outdoor exploration. Along the way, the group pauses for reflection and creative exercises that let you express emotions in your own way, all while noticing the local flora and fauna around the gardens. It's less of a brisk stroll and more of a slow-down, with the creative side of things running alongside the walking.
Wandering Emotions offer three tiers of tickets to keep the walks accessible, and they're open about where the money goes: contributions help cover the cost of materials and behind-the-scenes expenses like insurance and volunteer training. Places are limited to 20 per walk, so it stays a small group rather than a crowd. The exact meeting point and further details are sent in the ticket confirmation email, so you'll know where to head before you set off.
