A mindful outdoor walk with creative art and nature discovery, led by Wandering Emotions.
Wandering Emotions are leading a Nature Wellbeing Community Walk through the Royal Pavilion Gardens on Thursday 3 September, from 09:45 to 11:00. It's a mindful outdoor walk that mixes nature discovery with creative art, and they're running it again on Thursday 1 October at the same time, so you've got two dates to choose from.
The idea is to slow down and connect with the outdoors and the people around you. Along the route, the group pauses for reflection and creative exercises that let you express your emotions in your own way, all while taking in the local flora and fauna of the gardens. It's less of a brisk stroll and more of a guided session in paying attention to what's right in front of you.
There are a few practical things to keep in mind. These walks are for adults only, though separate family walks are available if you're looking for something for the kids. Spaces are limited to 20 people per walk, and the exact meeting point is sent in your ticket confirmation email, so you'll know where to head on the morning.

To keep things accessible, there are three tiers of tickets: concession is free, and standard is £2.00. The organisers mention that contributions help cover the cost of activity materials and behind-the-scenes expenses like insurance and volunteer training. Both dates run from 09:45 to 11:00 at the Royal Pavilion Gardens, BN1 1EE.
