A mindful activity walk in nature blending art, mindfulness and outdoor exploration, led by Wandering Emotions.
Wandering Emotions are leading a nature wellbeing community walk through the Royal Pavilion Gardens on Thursday 6 August, from 09:45 to 11:00. It's the first of a series, with two more dates following on Thursday 3 September and Thursday 1 October, both running at the same time.
The walk blends art, mindfulness and outdoor exploration. Along the way, the group pauses for reflection and creative exercises that encourage you to express your emotions in your own way, while taking in the local flora and fauna. It's less of a steady march and more of a slow-paced morning out in the gardens, with the creative side of things given as much room as the walking.
There are three ticket tiers to keep the walks accessible, and the proceeds go towards materials and behind-the-scenes costs like insurance and volunteer training. Places are limited to 20 per walk, and these sessions are for adults only — there are separate family walks available if you're looking to bring children along. The meeting point is sent in your ticket confirmation email.
