An immersive murder mystery dining experience where you interrogate suspects and solve a crime over dinner.
If you are looking for something a bit different to do in Brighton this May, the Mile Die Club is returning to the Brighton i360. It is an immersive murder mystery experience organised by the local company Pier Pressure. Rather than just watching a play, the format here is designed so that you are actively involved in solving a crime while you eat.

The evening starts with a trip up the i360, taking you 450 feet above the city. The premise is that something goes wrong during this ascent, and once you descend back to the dining area, the investigation begins. You will be having a three-course meal, accompanied by wine and welcome cocktails, while interacting with a cast of professional actors who play the suspects. Your role is to interrogate them and piece together the clues to identify the killer before the night ends. The whole experience lasts about 180 minutes and includes an interval.
Regarding the practical details, the event is strictly for those aged 18 and over. The content involves strong language, references to violence, and depictions of a murder, so it is not suitable for children. The venue, located at the Brighton i360 (BN1 2LN), is accessible for wheelchair users and assistance dogs, and they have accessible toilets on-site. Tickets are priced between £99 and £109, and they need to be purchased online in advance.
For those interested in attending, the confirmed dates for 2026 are Friday 1st May, Saturday 2nd May, Friday 15th May, and Saturday 16th May. The sessions run from 19:30 to 22:00. It is a specific type of evening that combines dining with a structured, interactive narrative, which might appeal if you are planning a group outing or a different kind of night out in the city.
