A day of Latin music with reggaeton, salsa, bachata and baile funk on the Horizon terrace.
Latino Fest brings its beach party to Horizon Nightclub on Saturday 28 August, taking over the venue's terrace for a day of Latin music. It's part of a touring celebration that's worked its way across the UK, from London to Newcastle, Edinburgh and now Brighton, and this one is set up for more than 600 people.
The music runs across a wide stretch of sounds: reggaeton, salsa, bachata, baile funk, dembow, Latin pop and Latin trap. The DJs will be pulling from a long list of names that cover the genre's reach, with Daddy Yankee, Maluma, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Karol G, Sech, Rauw Alejandro, Enrique, Nicky Jam, Farruko, Don Omar, Rosalia, Anitta, Wisin y Yandel, Ludmila, Arcangel, Zion y Lenox, Ivy Queen, De La Ghetto, MC Kevinho, Ozuna, Calle 13, Gente De Zona, Becky G, Natti Natasha, Carlos Vives, Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, Prince Royce, Celia Cruz and Frankie Ruiz among them. It's a mix that puts the newer reggaeton and trap alongside the older salsa and bachata, so the set should shift between the two throughout the day.

On the decks are Reggaeton Party DJs, Favela DJs and the Latino Fest residents. The party uses both the indoor spaces and the outdoor terrace, so you can move between the two. Tickets start from £11.55, and the whole thing takes place at Horizon Nightclub, 214 Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 1NB.
