A Christmas party music quiz with chart classics and anthems from the 60s to today, with a party atmosphere.
Sounds Familiar brings its Christmas party music quiz to Horizon Nightclub on Friday 4 December, with doors opening at 18:30 and the quiz starting sharp at 19:30. It's a night built around chart classics and anthems from the 1960s to today, so you'll need a team that can cover a fair few decades of music to keep up.
Sounds Familiar describes itself as more than just a music quiz: the combination of your favourite playlist and the best party you've ever been to. They've got a bit of a CV to back it up, too. They claim to be the only music quiz to have sold out The Camden Roundhouse, to have supported the boy band 5ive, and to have played Glastonbury more times than David Bowie. The whole thing leans as much on the party atmosphere as the trivia, with rounds packed with chart classics, old skool anthems, indie bangers, mash-ups, power ballads, and guilty pleasures. There are more than 100 tunes across the night, spanning the 1960s to the present day, so it's not just one era you'll be relying on.
Teams are capped at ten players, though larger groups are welcome as long as they split into teams. Team tickets run from two to 50 people, so it works whether you're bringing a small group or a whole office. The night is strictly 18+.
