A live music night where Oasis and Arctic Monkeys tracks are played and crowd reaction decides the winner, with lookalike competitions and giveaways.
Indie Rock Night: Oasis Vs Arctic Monkeys takes over Dust on Saturday 5 December, a night built around a head-to-head between two of the biggest names in British indie. Throughout the night, tracks from Oasis and Arctic Monkeys are played back-to-back, and it's the crowd's reaction that decides which band comes out on top. If you've got a preference, it's your chance to get behind your side.
It's not just about the music, either. The promoters are running an Alex Turner and Liam Gallagher lookalike competition, so if you've got the parka and the swagger, there's a spot for you. There's also surprise merchandise, vinyls and giveaways on the go, including a Liam Gallagher and Alex Turner cardboard cutout giveaway for whoever manages to bag one. It's a full night of it, rather than just a few sets.
