A Halloween-themed indie rock party night with live scare actors, themed decor and prizes for best and worst dressed, with 18+ entry.
Indie Rock Night Indieween takes over Dust on Saturday 31 October, a Halloween special that the night's organisers describe as a 'worst nightmare' night out. It's a costume party, so the dress code is on you, and the room is dressed for the occasion with Halloween decor and live scare actors working the floor. There are prizes for the best and worst dressed, so it pays to put some effort into your outfit.
The music runs from indie and pop rock to 'guilty pleasure' covers of classic hits, drawing on a wide range of acts across the decades. It's not a single-band bill, but a DJ-led night that keeps the indie and rock side of things going throughout. If you're into the guitar-driven side of things, that's the core of it, with the pop-rock and covers filling in the gaps.
