Indie club night with pop rock and festival anthems, featuring drink deals, pizza, and t-shirt giveaways for students.
Indie Rock Night: Freshtival comes to Dust on Saturday 26 September, a club night built around indie bangers, pop rock, guilty pleasures and festival anthems. It's aimed at students settling into the term, and the music follows suit: the kind of songs that work best when a room full of people knows the words.
Rather than a headlining line-up, the night leans on giveaways to bring people in. There's free Domino's pizza, freshers survival kits and t-shirt giveaways throughout the evening. The drinks deals are on the same footing, with five bombs for £5 and pints at £2.50. It's a night that puts the perks and the atmosphere ahead of a specific bill, so the draw is as much about what's happening around the dancefloor as what's coming through the speakers.
