Chloe Petts: Work in Progress

Chloe Petts are playing two nights at Caroline of Brunswick on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 August, both starting at 19:30. It's a work-in-progress show, so you're seeing new material being built up on stage rather than a finished hour.

If you've followed them for a while, you'll know they've been on a bit of a run. Their show Big Naturals premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2025 to a sell-out run and went on tour throughout 2026. Before that, they put on How You See Me, How You Don't in 2024, If You Can't Say Anything Nice in 2023, and their debut Transience in 2022 — all three sold out and drew rave reviews. Brian Logan of The Guardian has described them as a rising star, and that's a fair summary of where they're at: a young comic who's moved from Fringe debuts to touring a full show in a few short years.

They've also been popping up on TV and radio. You'll recognise them from Have I Got News For You and Live at the Apollo on the BBC, and Bake Off: An Extra Slice on Channel 4. They've hosted a Saturday morning segment on Sky Sports News, too. They're a Pleasance Comedy Reserve alumnus and won Pointless Celebrities on BBC One.

Because this is a work-in-progress, these are the early nights for the next thing they're putting together. Tickets are £11.00, and the shows run at 19:30 on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 August at Caroline of Brunswick, 39 Ditchling Road, BN1 4SB.
