Tribute musical to ABBA with live cast, band, costumes and choreography.
Waterloo: A Tribute To ABBA comes to the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre on Saturday 17 April 2027. It's a tribute musical to ABBA, so the whole thing is built around their songs, and it's a full production rather than just a band on stage.
There's a live cast and a live band, so the music is played right there in the room, not run from a backing track. The show also brings in costumes and choreography, which are a big part of the ABBA thing — the outfits and the dancing go hand in hand with the songs, so they're both on display throughout. It's a musical, which means the songs are worked into a performance rather than just played one after another.
