Modern metal band Urne live at Bear Cave, supporting their album Setting Fire To The Sky, with special guests The Grey and Moon Reaper.
Urne play Bear Cave on Monday 16 November, with doors opening at 19:00. They're touring their latest album, Setting Fire To The Sky, which came out on 30 January 2026 via Spinefarm. The Bournemouth date is presented by Divergent by arrangement with Napalm.
It's their third full-length to date. They released Serpent & Spirit in 2021, followed by A Feast on Sorrow in 2023, which was produced by Joe Duplantier of Gojira. Since then they've toured with Avatar and Kvelertak, and this run is their first outing with the new material. Setting Fire To The Sky was produced by SikTh co-vocalist Justin Hill, mixed by Johann Meyer at Silvercord Studio, and mastered by Tony Lindstrom at Fascination Street Studio.
They describe the record as a firestorm of grit, swagger and grandiosity, blending snarling hardcore, extreme inflections and a strong sense of heavy metal's inherent classicism. That's a fair amount of ground to cover in one set, and it's the kind of sound that usually works better live than on a record. They're billed as rising modern metallers, and this tour is the first time they've taken the new songs out on the road.
