The Sunset Club: Free Ibiza Dance Anthems

The Sunset Club: Free Ibiza Dance Anthems is a live DJ session at Key West Bar and Grill, right at the end of Bournemouth Pier. It's an Ibiza-style afternoon on the outdoor terrace, with views across the sea and Bournemouth beach, though it moves inside if the weather turns. The music runs through dance, chill and the styles in between, and it's on every Sunday from 16:00 to 20:00.

Mark Rush Palmer from Hot Radio is the resident DJ, and he's joined by Vicky B on saxophone as a special guest. The two of them hold the afternoon together, with the saxophone adding a live element to the dance and chill sets. It's a long session, four hours in total, so there's plenty of time to settle in and watch the light change over the water.

It's a family-friendly affair, and children are welcome, and the bar is dog-friendly too, so well-behaved dogs can come along. There's no entry fee and no need to book in advance; it's first come, first served, so if you're after a table on the terrace, it's worth arriving early. The Key West Bar and Grill serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, afternoon tea and kids' menus, with drinks and 2-for-1 cocktails running all day. If you're booking a table, your confirmation can get you free access to the pier during the toll season from April to October — just show it at the toll booth on your way in.
