Charity club night for adults with SEND, with a music festival theme, hosted by Diverse Abilities.
Limitless returns to Bar Coast on Friday 3 July, from 7pm to 9pm. It's a charity club night for adults with SEND, run by the Dorset disability charity Diverse Abilities. The venue is on Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, so it's right in the heart of town.
This particular night has a music festival theme, and they're encouraging everyone to come dressed up in festival gear. If you've got some glitter, a bright shirt, or anything that feels like a summer festival, this is the time to bring it out. It's a night for dancing and socialising, so the theme is more about setting the mood than anything else.
Diverse Abilities describe the nights as offering "a safe, welcoming space where everyone can enjoy music, dancing and social connection in a supportive environment". It's aimed at adults with additional needs, and since there isn't support staff provided on-site, they ask that anyone who needs support comes along with a carer. Entry is £5 per person, with carer tickets at £2.50.

If you can't make this one, it's worth knowing that Limitless runs throughout the year, not just as a one-off. The next few dates are 14 August, 11 September, 16 October, 20 November and 18 December, so if the festival theme isn't your thing or the date doesn't work, there are plenty more to choose from. This one is Friday 3 July, 7-9pm at Bar Coast.
