Limitless is back at Bar Coast on Friday 14 August, the next edition of the inclusive SEND club night run by the venue and Diverse Abilities. It's a regular fixture in Bournemouth, a space where adults with additional needs can get out and enjoy music, dancing and connection on their own terms. This one's for over-18s, and the theme for the night is Grease, so if you fancy digging out the leather jackets or the pink satin, dress-up is encouraged.
It's worth knowing a bit about what Limitless is if you haven't come across it before. It's presented by Bar Coast and Diverse Abilities as a welcoming club night specifically for adults with SEND, designed as a place where people with additional needs can spend an evening dancing and meeting others. It's not a one-off, either; it runs on a regular schedule, and if you miss this one, there are more dates coming up on 11 September, 16 October, 20 November and 18 December.

Doors open at 7pm and the night finishes at 9pm, so it's a relatively early one that wraps up well before midnight. Tickets are £5.00, with carer tickets available for £2.50, and it's worth keeping in mind that no support staff are provided on the night.
