Windrush Gala Dinner & Fundraiser

The Windrush National Organisation is holding its Windrush Gala Dinner & Fundraiser at the Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre on Friday 30 October. It's the fifth annual gala for the WNO, and the night is held in aid of the organisation's work and the Windrush Welfare Fund.

The evening starts at 6:30 p.m. with a rum punch reception, and dinner follows at 7:15 p.m. After that, the night is rounded off with a raffle and an auction, and dancing to Jus I Roadshow, who are billed as bringing some of the finest Windrush entertainment to the room. It's a long one, running through to 1 a.m., so there's plenty of time to settle in between the meal and the dancing.

If you're thinking of bringing a group, there's a table rate: £630 for a table of 10, which works out a bit cheaper than the individual price. Otherwise, it's £70 per person, with booking fees on top of both. The venue is at 53 Edgbaston Park Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 2RS.
