One-day conference for credit, finance and order-to-cash professionals on automation, risk and collections, marking O2C Lab's three-year anniversary.
UK Credit Management Conference 2026 is coming to IET Birmingham: Austin Court on Thursday 12 November, the flagship event of O2C Lab. This edition marks the organisation's three-year anniversary, and it's built as a one-day gathering for credit, finance and order-to-cash professionals to shape what comes next for the industry. The day blends practical insight with forward-looking ideas, and the programme leans on the automation and decisioning tooling that's become standard in collections and risk teams.
The line-up is a mix of technical deep-dives and broader industry perspectives. Rasmus Areskoug, CEO and co-founder of Paraglide AI, leads an AI Masterclass on agentic AI in O2C, while Kirsty Murphy MBE, the first and former Red Arrows pilot, delivers the keynote. Matthew Aubin from Esker talks order-to-cash automation, Natascha Whitehead of Hays looks at the UK employment market, and Nick Vanstone from Experian covers trade credit. Between the AI masterclass and the keynote, you've got automation, the job market and trade credit all on one bill.
