A candlelight performance of Fleetwood Mac's best-loved songs, including 'Little Lies', 'The Chain', 'Rhiannon' and 'Don't Stop', brought from London's West End.
The Music of Fleetwood Mac by Candlelight comes to The Alexandra Theatre on Wednesday 25 November, a candlelight performance of Fleetwood Mac's best-loved songs. It's a production brought over from London's West End, so it's a touring show rather than a one-off local night.
The set is built around the songs most people know from the band's long run. 'Little Lies', 'The Chain', 'Rhiannon' and 'Don't Stop' are all on the bill, and they're performed by candlelight, which is the whole point of the evening. It's a tribute to the music rather than a band playing their own material, so the focus is on those familiar melodies played back in a different setting.
If you're familiar with the West End version, it's the same show that's been touring London, now making its way to Birmingham. The songs are the same, the candlelight is the same, and the setlist stays focused on the hits that defined the band's sound across the decades.
