Squeeze perform live on their Tried, Tested and Trixies Tour, with very special guest Billy Bragg.
Squeeze play Utilita Arena Birmingham on Saturday 28 November, with singer, songwriter and activist Billy Bragg as very special guest. It's part of their Tried, Tested and Trixies Tour, which they've billed as the most ambitious UK tour of their fifty-plus year career.
The tour follows the announcement of their new studio album, Trixies, and the set will draw from that alongside the songs that built their name. Squeeze are British pop legends founded in 1973 by songwriters Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook, the group's only constant members apart from Difford's hiatus in 1999. They split in 1982, reunited in 1985 and split again in 1999 before reforming. Their catalogue runs from 'Up The Junction' to 'Tempted', 'Cool For Cats', 'Another Nail In My Heart' and 'Labelled With Love', and The Guardian once described their live shows as 'pop perfection'.
