Over-18s drum and bass and jungle night with S.oVerLoAd at The Drop Inn, themed as a virus outbreak.
S.oVerLoAd is taking over The Drop Inn on Saturday 21 November for The Outbreak, a drum and bass session that's built around a bit of a story. The night is framed as a piece of play: a skank-inducing virus has spread across the city, S.oVerLoAd is identified as patient zero, and the crowd is told to report to the bunker for the antidote. It's a theme that runs through the whole thing, so it's more of a conceptual night than a standard club set.
On the music, the set ranges across drum and bass, bass music and jungle, so it's not just one sound. If you're into the heavier side of things, that's where the bulk of it sits, but there's enough variety to keep it moving across the different styles. It's a long night, too, running from 22:00 through to 03:00, so there's plenty of room for the set to develop.

One thing to keep in mind before you head down: the night is strictly over-18s, and you'll need photo ID at the door, so don't leave yours at home. The Drop Inn is at 77 Upper Trinity Street, B9 4EG, and the music runs from 10pm until 3am.
