Charity fundraiser for the National Kidney Federation marking the 20th anniversary of Skull Fox, with special guests.
Skull Fox are playing Benjamin's on Friday 13 November, a night that marks the 20th anniversary of the band. It's a charity fundraiser for the National Kidney Federation, and the whole thing runs as a full bill rather than a single set. Skull Fox are the main feature, but they've put together a proper line-up around them: Kensei, Mantis Defeats Jaguar, At Dawn We Attack, Grimlord and Primitive Reasoning all play on the same night.
Skull Fox describe themselves as a four-headed Black Country alt-metal monster, and they've been around for two decades now, so this is a bit of a milestone for them. The night is open to all ages, though the organisers do point out that the show may contain adult language and themes, so keep that in mind if you're bringing anyone younger. If you're heading to the bar, bring your ID — they're strict about checking it.

Tickets are £5 in advance. If you'd rather just turn up on the night, on-the-door entry is permitted, but only with a minimum £5 donation to the National Kidney Federation. Doors open at 18:00, and the curfew is 11:30, so there's plenty of room for the full run of bands. Benjamin's is on Birmingham Street in Halesowen, B63 3HN.
