Romesh Ranganathan: Will Change Your Life

Romesh Ranganathan is playing Utilita Arena Birmingham on Friday 2 April and Saturday 3 April 2027, as part of his Will Change Your Life tour, presented by Off The Kerb Productions. It's a two-night run, so you've got a choice of dates if one doesn't suit.

If you've only known him from the TV, it's worth a bit of context on how he got here. Ranganathan burst onto the comedy circuit in 2010, playing top venues and reaching the Latitude New Act Final and the So You Think You're Funny? Final that same year, and finishing runner-up in The Amused Moose Laugh Off. Since then, he's become a bit of a household name with The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, The Ranganathan, Rob & Romesh Vs, A League Of Their Own, Avoidance, and Romantic Getaway. He's also hosted The Weakest Link and has his own BBC Sounds and Radio 2 show, For The Love Of Hip Hop.

He's done a fair bit of travel for his work, too. In 2015 he starred in Asian Provocateur, in which he travelled to Sri Lanka to learn about his parents' country, a series that spawned a second instalment, Mum's American Dream, in 2016. Critics have called him extraordinarily hilarious and noted his bitingly fresh gags, and Ents24 named him one of the five hardest-working comedians of 2016.

Both nights start at 8:00 PM, with doors opening at 6:30 PM. One thing to keep in mind: the show is strictly 14+ only, so it's not one for the younger ones.
