Ricky Gervais - Legend

Ricky Gervais brings his comedy tour Legend to Utilita Arena Birmingham on Monday 9 November 2026. It's a single-name bill — just Gervais on stage — and the show starts at 19:30.

If you've followed his work, you know the format: a stand-up set that usually runs for a good while, with the material built around his particular way of picking at things. Legend is the tour he's taking across the country, and this is the Birmingham date. It's not a festival or a shared bill, so the whole night is his.

For those who haven't seen him live, the set is built on the same kind of observational, often provocative comedy that's made him a household name. He's known for leaning into the things people usually avoid talking about, and the tour title Legend fits right into that self-assured, slightly cheeky tone he carries through his sets. It's a solo show, so what you get is exactly what you'd expect from a Gervais night: him, a microphone, and a room full of people.

The venue is Utilita Arena Birmingham on King Edwards Road, B1 2AA, which is easy enough to get to if you're coming from the city centre. Tickets start from £162.67 via Ticketmaster, and the show kicks off at 19:30 on Monday 9 November.
