Over-18s Halloween party billed as the UK's biggest student Halloween event at Club Colette in Digbeth.
Nightmare Halloween Experience 2026 takes over Club Colette on Friday 30 October, starting at 23:00. It's billed as the UK's biggest student Halloween event, and it's back for 2026 with the organisers promising an even bigger edition than the last.
If you haven't been to Club Colette before, it's a stripped-back two-room club tucked beneath the Digbeth railway arches, run by the same team behind neighbouring Mama Roux's. The main space is built around tiered dancefloors, and the second room is a converted fried chicken shop with the DJ booth sitting right in the centre of what used to be the kitchen. It's a venue that opened in 2025 with a capacity of around 500, and the programming usually splits between afro house and hip hop on Fridays and house, techno and minimal on Saturdays, with a focus on curated lineups and sound quality over spectacle.

Since this is a Friday night, you can expect the afro house and hip hop side of things to lead the way. The whole thing is over-18s only, so you'll need your ID on you. It kicks off at 23:00 at 5 Lower Trinity Street, Digbeth, Birmingham B9 4AG.
