Live LinQ Day Party 90s - 2000s Reggae & Dancehall

Live LinQ is bringing their day party to RumRum VIP Bar & Lounge on Saturday 5 December, their first Midlands date since they've been playing sold-out shows around the world. It's presented by Intuition Parties and Live LinQ, and they've billed it as a tribute to the golden era of Reggae and Dancehall.

That's where the music policy comes in: they're keeping it focused on the classics, with roughly 90% of the set being Reggae and Dancehall from the 90s and 2000s, and the remaining 10% Soca. It's all live DJ sets, so you'll get a proper run of those two decades rather than a random mix. Live LinQ and friends will be on the decks for the whole thing.

There are a few things to keep in mind before you head down. The door policy is strict: it's over-25s only, and the dress code is smart casual, which means no sportswear, no hats or caps, no hoodies, and no fancy dress. All tickets are non-refundable, so make sure you've got the date sorted before you buy. If you happen to be celebrating a birthday between 20 November and 23 December, you can claim a free birthday ticket by emailing livelinq@hotmail.com.

It runs from 3pm to 9pm, with last entry at 5pm, so you've got a six-hour window to work with. Tickets are £10 for Early Bird and £12 for standard, and you'll find them at RumRum VIP Bar & Lounge, 11 Exeter Street, Birmingham B1 1NH.
