Singer-songwriter James Blunt plays bp pulse LIVE in Birmingham on his Airplane Mode Tour, with his live band.
James Blunt plays bp pulse LIVE on Saturday 27 March 2027, part of his European tour behind the new album Airplane Mode. The Birmingham date is presented by DHP Presents, with a ticket limit of six per customer.
Airplane Mode was recorded mostly at Pig Music Studios in Banbury with his long-standing live band, and the tour is built around it. The record has already put out a handful of singles: the breezy 'Tastes Like Summer' led the way, followed by 'Weight Of It All', the epic 'Circles', 'Oh Daisy' and 'Modern Love'. Those five should give you a fair idea of what's on the set, and the live band that recorded them will be the one on stage.
It's a full band show rather than a solo one, so you'll hear the songs as they were tracked in Banbury. The tour is his 2027 European run, and this is the Birmingham stop. If you've followed his work, you'll recognise the names from the singles list, and they'll be the core of the new material he's taking on the road.
