Informal monthly networking session with a guest interview on mindfulness by Will Crawford, followed by hot drinks and snacks.
Fireside Chat Networking is back at the Harvest Fields Centre on Thursday 12 November, with Will Crawford in the hot seat. The night runs from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and the focus this time is mindfulness.
Crawford brings a few different hats to the table: he's the founder of Quietnote, a guitarist, and a mindfulness expert. That mix of business and creative practice should sit well with the room, as the whole series is aimed at service-based business owners and anyone with a taste for personal and professional development.
The format is the same as always. It starts with an interview with the guest, and then the floor opens up for the audience to ask their own business questions. After that, the networking side takes over with hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmallows, cookies, and a pool table for whoever wants a game. It's billed as an informal, fun alternative to traditional networking, and the social half is where most of the talking happens.

Fireside Chat Networking is a monthly gathering in Sutton Coldfield, run as a self-employed business founded in 2026. The guest list has been a broad one so far: Sophie Blackmore on marketing, Gus Bhandal on LinkedIn strategy, Michael Cheetham on sales, and Vicky Quinn Fraser on writing. Each month, the founder gives away a free ticket to the next event to someone who leaves a positive review.
This session is at the Harvest Fields Centre, Harvest Fields Way, Birmingham B75 5TJ, on Thursday 12 November from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Entry is free.
