Faye - Live & Acoustic

Faye plays a stripped-back acoustic set at The Actress & Bishop on Friday 6 November, with a DJ taking over the room afterwards.

It's a simple setup: Faye on voice and acoustic guitar. The set is built around her vocals, familiar favourites, and her own acoustic spin on the songs the audience knows and loves. It's a stripped-back way of hearing those songs, with the voice and the guitar doing all the work rather than a full band behind her. If you know the songs, you'll recognise them, but they'll sound different here, played down to their basics.

The night runs from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm, so it's a good length of a set without dragging on too late. When Faye finishes, a DJ takes over the room, which changes the energy of the night from a seated, listening room to something you can dance to. You can stick around for that part or head home once the live set is done.

It's free entry, so there's no ticket to book in advance. The Actress & Bishop is in the Jewellery Quarter, and the whole thing runs from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with the DJ taking over after.
