Debs Astrology Course - The Celestial Blueprint

Debs is running The Celestial Blueprint at The Zen Shop on Saturday 7 November, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It's an intensive beginner's astrology course that takes you from 'What's your sign?' to being able to read your own birth chart, and it's spread over three Saturdays rather than crammed into one go. This session is the second of those three.

Over the course, you'll work through the 'Big Three'—your Sun, Moon and Rising signs—the four elements, the inner planets (Mercury, Venus and Mars), and the twelve houses. If you've ever looked at a birth chart and felt completely out of your depth, that's exactly what this is for: breaking down the symbols and the language until you can actually make sense of your own. Each session can be attended on its own, so you don't have to commit to all three if you're just dipping your toe in.

Debs is the one leading the class, and she's been into astrology for more than 40 years. She describes it as her abiding passion and her forte, and she says she wants to share the wisdom of the stars in a way that's practical, soulful and deeply transformative. The course is part of her monthly psychic development group, which is focusing on astrology for this month and the next two; she runs the class on the second Saturday of the month, so this is the middle of that run.

The workshop is held in a room downstairs from the shop, which has no windows and isn't particularly well ventilated, so it's a bit of a tucked-away spot. You'll find The Zen Shop at 162 High Street, Deritend, Bordesley, Birmingham, B12 0LD. The session runs from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday 7 November.
