Bloc Party and Interpol co-headline a tour with support from Heartworms at Utilita Arena Birmingham.
Bloc Party and Interpol co-headline at Utilita Arena Birmingham on Friday 20 November, with Heartworms on support. It's a double bill of two alternative rock bands whose discographies now stretch back more than twenty years, and the tour leans into that history: the set lists draw from early records like Bloc Party's debut Silent Alarm and Interpol's second album Antics.
They're no strangers to sharing a stage. They toured the UK together back in 2004, and more recently co-headlined a string of shows in Australia in 2023, so this isn't a first-time pairing. Heartworms open the night, meaning three bands in one go.
There's a bit of something extra tied to the tickets, too: one pound from every ticket sold on the tour goes to the LIVE Trust, a new funding initiative from LIVE that supports the grassroots music sector. If you're after tour merchandise, there are dedicated outlets on the main Concourse Level.
