Techno night with Ben Sims and his MACHINE party, plus James Ruskin and Regis at The Tunnel Club.
Ben Sims, James Ruskin and Regis are taking over The Tunnel Club on Friday 4 December, a night that brings together three names from the techno scene under one roof. It's billed as Birmingham Techno, and the line-up is a bit of a crossover: you've got Regis and James Ruskin, a techno legend and a fixture of the scene, playing alongside Ben Sims, who's presented as one of the planet's most prolific techno practitioners. The whole thing is billed across drum & bass and techno, so it's not just one sound running all night.
Sims is bringing his MACHINE party to Birmingham for this one, and that's where the night gets its title. The bill puts him on with Regis and Ruskin, so you'll have those three leading the way, with more to be announced. If you're into the harder, stripped-back side of things, it's a decent place to start your December.

The night runs from 22:45 on Friday 4 December through to 05:00 on Saturday 5, so it's a proper late one that carries over into the next morning. Tickets start from £16.75, and the venue is The Tunnel Club on Livery Street, B3 1HL.
