Alchemy ReLived bring back their tribute to Dire Straits, recreating the classic sound live at Joe Joe Jims.
Alchemy ReLived bring their Dire Straits tribute to Joe Joe Jims on Friday 20 November, running from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. They're a West Midlands-based band that's been recreating the sound and spirit of Dire Straits since 2019, and they describe their aim as giving fans the experience of seeing the iconic '80s rock band live.
The set leans on the best-known classics — 'Sultans of Swing', 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'Tunnel of Love' are all in there — but they work those alongside deeper cuts, so it's not just the radio hits. If you're a fan of the band, you'll recognise the familiar ground, and if you're just coming for the big ones, you'll find them.

It's a general admission show with no assigned seating, so you'll be standing or finding your own spot on the night. There's a raised disabled guest area accessible via ramp. Tickets are £16.00 plus fees online, or £19.00 on the door, though that's subject to capacity, so it's worth booking ahead if you're sure you're going.
