St. Elmo Brewing - Springdale is hosting a wrestling tournament and a beer release party on Friday, July 31, from 7 PM to 10 PM. The wrestling is called Hit Like a Girl, an all-women's tournament presented by the Waterloo Wrestling Coalition. It's a tournament format, so you'll see a bracket of matches played out over the course of the night until one winner is left standing.
There's more to the evening than just the ring. From 8 PM to 9 PM, Fire & Heart takes the stage with a live set—they're a Ladies of the 80's tribute band, so expect a full hour of the era's biggest hits running right through the middle of the wrestling. If you're coming hungry, there are three food trucks on site: Pueblo Viejo, Via313, and Spicy Boys Chicken, so you can grab a meal and a beer between matches.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door, and the whole thing runs from 7 PM to 10 PM at St. Elmo Brewing - Springdale.
