The dates are part of a 2026-2027 tour that runs from September 24 to November 22, 2026, with 19 dates across nine cities. The band is on the road celebrating the 30th anniversary of Flood, the platinum album they released in 1990.
If you're not familiar with the name, They Might Be Giants are two-time GRAMMY winners who started with a Dial-A-Song service powered by a lone phone machine in their Brooklyn apartments. Since those early days, they've put out 22 albums and have spent years working in the background of television, writing themes and incidental music for numerous shows and ad campaigns. The Austin dates fall toward the end of this tour's first leg, and the set centers on Flood, the record that brought them a platinum certification and a wider audience three decades ago.
