A beginner-friendly burlesque striptease workshop teaching classic tease techniques, timing, and a choreography routine set to 'Fever'.
Sherry Bomb is teaching a beginner burlesque striptease class at the Austin Academy of Burlesque on Tuesday, July 21, from 6:45 to 8:15 PM. It's built for people who have never done this before, so you don't need any prior experience to sign up.
The class focuses on the art of anticipation—the timing and the reveal—and when to conceal versus when to show. Sherry Bomb walks the group through classic tease techniques and a short choreography routine set to Fever, complete with robe and glove reveals. You'll bring your own dance heels if you want them, and you can bring a short robe and gloves, too; otherwise, the costume pieces are provided.
