A free, open-to-the-public queer karaoke session at The Cavalier, 21+.
Queer Karaoke is at The Cavalier this Saturday, September 12, from 9 PM to 11:55 PM. It's a queer karaoke session, free to attend and open to the public, so you can either sign up and take the mic yourself or just hang out and listen to everyone else go for it. If you're not the singing type, it still works as a night out.
Mandy Quinn and Noodles are the ones running the show. They'll be hosting the whole thing, keeping the queue moving and the energy up while the room works through the song list. Between the two of them, they've got the night covered from start to finish.
Every week we pick ๐ the 5 best ๐ things to do in Austin and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

It's a 21+ event, so bring your ID. The Cavalier is in Austin, and since it's free to get in, it's a low-stakes way to spend a Saturday nightโwhether you've got a go-to song you've been practicing or you're just there for the crowd. The session runs from 9 PM until just before midnight, so there's plenty of time to get through a good number of singers.
