My Chemical Bromance takes over Swan Dive on Friday, August 14, for an all-drag-king tribute to My Chemical Romance. The night is hosted by Brigitte Bandit and Tangelo, and the stage is filled with five performers: Beau Vine, Danté Picante, Gatorr Gorr, and Preston Steamed. It's a drag king show, so the whole thing is built around the MCR catalog performed by kings.
There's a bit of travel involved in the lineup. Beau Vine and Preston Steamed are both coming in from Houston, so they're making the trip over to Austin for the night. Danté Picante and Gatorr Gorr round out the bill, and with Brigitte Bandit and Tangelo running the show, it's a full house of drag kings on one stage. The whole thing is a tribute to My Chemical Romance, so the set is built from their songs.
