Techno DJ Matt Sassari performs live at the Kingdom Nightclub in Austin.
Matt Sassari plays Kingdom Nightclub on Friday, October 2, at 10 PM. He's a French techno DJ and producer from Marseille, born in 1992, and he's spent the last few years building his name at the front of the French techno scene. He's got more than 15 releases under his belt, with tracks appearing on SCI+TEC, Tronic, Bitten, and Deeperfect—the label run by Stefano Noferini, which is also the one he signed to.
He doesn't just release on other people's labels, either. Along with his friend Matt Mor, he launched his own imprint, Panterre Musique, and he's collaborated with artists like Ant Brooks, Miguel Bastida, Spencer K, and Enrico Sangiuliano. When he talks about what goes into his sound, he points to a wide range of influences: Wally Lopez, John Digweed, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Carl Cox, Luciano, Maceo Plex, and Laurent Garnier. That's a long list of names from across the techno and house spectrum, and you can hear that pull in different directions in his work.

The Austin date is part of a 2026 tour that lists a dozen upcoming concerts across the United States, the United Kingdom, and beyond, so this is one of several stops he's making this year. It's a headline set, with Sassari as the main feature of the night. The show starts at 10 PM at Kingdom Nightclub, 505 E 7th St, and tickets run from $0 to $82.15.
